THE FACT ABOUT WINBOX LOGIN THAT NO ONE IS SUGGESTING

Winbox when downloading descriptors get inventory. Just after some troubleshooting, I discovered that winbox is remaining blocked by P2P/File transfer limits in the corporation.How is this associated with WinBox? I do not get it.
